Green building (also known as Sustainable construction) refers to the process of building structures and environmentally responsible and efficient use of resources throughout their life cycle, from site for design, construction, operation, maintenance, renewal and demolition.

In other words, sustainable building design is to find the balance between sustainable housing and the environment. This requires close cooperation of the design team, architects, engineers, and the client at all stages of the project.
